In Real Time
12 week Online Process Group
An experiential interpersonal process group focused on real time awareness, relational patterns and practicing being in relationship with others more fully.
How do you show up with others?
Join a small, intentional group to practice putting your thoughts and feelings into words, and notice what happens when you do.
This is an experiential process group, not a class or advice circle. We focus on what unfolds between us — what is felt, spoken, avoided, and discovered in the moment.
Why Group?
A lot of what happens in relationships is hard to see from the outside. It shows up in real moments: closeness, misunderstanding, silence, trying too hard, pulling away, wanting to be liked, or not knowing what to say.
In this group, we pay attention to what is actually happening between us as it happens. Not to fix it, but to notice it, stay with it, and try something different in real time.
This group is for you if you:
- Want relationships that feel less managed and more real
- Feel anxious, shut down, or over-controlled around others
- Notice yourself repeating patterns in relationships despite insight
- Are curious and willing to try saying or doing things differently
Each week you will:
- Notice what you feel and do as you relate
- Try to say things you usually keep inside
- Stay with what’s happening between you and others in real time
- Leave having practiced something real
Details:
- 6–8 members
- 90 minutes a week for 12 weeks via Zoom
- $60 per session
- 12 session commitment
- Individual screening session required prior to starting
How it works:
This is a closed group. The same people show up every week for 12 weeks. That consistency is what allows trust to develop and real work to happen.
An individual screening session is required before the group begins. Once the group is full, I will send you an information package with everything you need to know before we start.
Let me know your preferred time slot when you reach out. If there is enough interest at the end of 12 weeks, we will decide together what comes next.
Awkward is welcome. Pefrection is not.
